SOMI is a mock soy drink brand inspired by childhood experiences drinking Vitasoy soy milk, a classic drink from Hong Kong. Its packaging is youthful and playful, and seeks to inspire both children and adults to experience the fun and sweet taste of soy drinks.​
Design conceptualization began with a moodboard of patterned packaging, bright colors, hand drawn illustrations, and bold typography.
Final Brand
SOMI drinks are packaged in a familiar carton like Vitasoy, but have brighter colors that stand out on the shelf in supermarkets. Pastel colors offer a sense of comfort in drinking it. SOMI comes in three flavors: an original sweet soy, lavender honey, and black sesame.
